Språkbruk er viktig for å skape tillit og relasjoner. Jenter blir i dag utsatt for språkbruk som gjør dem utrygge, dårlig selvfølelse. Gutta har mye å vinne på å lære seg hvordan språket brukes.

Men alle må lære seg å sette grenser og yttrykke disse, og når noen sier ifra må man lytte. Respekt for andre mennesker er grunnleggende. Jeg prøver å ta dette som en del av #selvforsvarstrening i min #taekwondo klubb.

Felles er språket, bruken og forståelse.

Olisiko täällä keski-ikäisiä kamppailulajien harrastajia? TKD tietty osuvin, koska se on mun laji ja ongelma liittyy suoraan siihen.

Viime kesän metatarsaaliluunmurtuma laitto mut parin kk saikulle TKDsta, ja oon nyt koko vuoden yrittäny saada kuntoa takas. Saan kuitenkin nyt tosi helposti vammoja ihan vaan normi sparraamisessa, mitä ei tapahtunut aiemmin. Koko syksy ja talvi on ollu yhtä selänparantelemista.

Mitä tässä kantsisi tehdä, että pystyis taas jatkamaan?
