Humbled to be recognized as a Finalist for the 2022 Phacilitate Young Scientist Award in recognition for contributions to the field of cell and gene therapy. As a Chernobyl survivor and son of a cancer survivor, I have strived to use my knowledge and experiences to contribute to research innovation that can improve patient care. I am very grateful to my mentors who have invested in my growth and career success. I am equally grateful to my family, friends and colleagues who inspire me daily.
