The Multiforo Alicia is a decades old place for music and #Anarchist events, where many famous musicians have played. #ManuChao recorded a disk there, and many classic Ska, Reggae and Punk groups play there. It is a landmark in Mexico City. This kind of repression against the youth is unseen in the last decades.

Neulich habe ich hier ja schon mal darauf hingewiesen, dass Manu Chao nach 17 Jahren ein neues Album aufgenommen hat: Viva Tu! Jetzt hat er für den Sender France Inter noch ein Video nachgeschoben, in dem er ganz allein, mit nichts als einer Gitarre "bewaffnet", über 38 Minuten ein Power-Medley aus Songs seines neuen Albums und altbekannten Klassikern wie "King of Bongo" präsentiert. Ein Meister einfacher, hintergründiger Worte, mit Melodien für Fußballstadien und mit Rhythmen, bei denen man unmöglich still sitzen bleiben kann.
