Mit 33 hat man nicht nur die Schnapszahl erreicht. Man steht genau in der Mitte🙏🏻 – jung genug, um das Leben zu genießen, und alt genug, um zu wissen, was man will.

Dennoch muss ich oft lachen, wenn jüngere Männer flirten😂, fasziniert von Reife und Selbstbewusstsein. Ältere schätzen genau diese Mischung aus Erfahrung und jugendlicher Leichtigkeit. 😅

Es ist das perfekte Alter, um sich nicht mehr beweisen zu müssen, sondern einfach zu strahlen und zu genießen.👌🏻✨🌹☀️

The time we spent in Urubamba (in the sacred valley of Cusco Peru) in the cozy bungalow was really good for us. It was nice to just be there for ourselves ☺️ and take care of our well-being. Every day we cooked fresh vegetables 🍆🍅🥑🥕🌽🫑🥒🥦🧄🧅and tried out all kinds of potato varieties - apparently there are still over 3'000 of potato 🥔 varieties cultivated here in Peru.
We also enjoyed the huge selection of delicious fruits🍎🥭🍍🍌🍋🍊🍉. The strawberries 🍓 reminded us of our childhood - super sweet, fruity and simply heavenly! That's why I also made strawberry jam, which we then devoured together with freshly baked (in the fire) bread 🫓 made from oat and yuca flour.

The animals - the cats 🐱🐈 dogs 🐶🐕 and the chicken Houdina 🐔 - also seemed to like our presence, as they were constantly around us 🥰

It's #aparagus season and this is the f*cking best Sauce Hollandaise that I ever made! 🥹 My pleasure to share the recipe :cc_cc:

The Ultimate Sauce Hollandaise

Ingredients:
50 g margarine
100 g grated vegan cheese "Gouda" style
1/2 Tbs mustard
2 Tbs vegan mayonnaise
3 Tbs pea milk
A pinch of nutmeg
A pinch of Kala Namak salt

Put all ingredients into a pot and melt them at low temperature while stirring with a whisk.

I used 'Vemondo' vegan cheese from Lidl. Kala Namak is optional but gives some nice eggy flavor. Mayonnaise adds some subtle sour flavour and emulgating properties. Be careful with the mustard, it's the secret ingredient but don't use too much. Yes I used some processed food here and it's a fat bomb but who cares if the result is awesome 🙂✌️. And oh did I mention it' #vegan :vegan: ? 😉
