Computer help needed! I downloaded the new version of Firefox to my desktop Mac with M-1 chip running Sonoma 14.2.1. Now I cannot connect to the internet and don't know what to do or if the problem has anything to do with Firefox.

So my computer (desktop custom built PC) is now crashing almost exactly daily. Usually, it just goes black and reboots, but sometimes it just freezes completely (mouse doesn't even move etc) and I have to force shut down.
