Meanwhile, it could be prudent to avoid restrictive/zero balance perioperative fluid regimens & to optimize intraoperative hemodynamics.

Inhaled #Amikacin in high risk patients reduces VAP, but would it cause more #AKI
Interestingly - risk of AKI is halved w/ amikacin!
- less pneumonia = less AKI?
