I didn't know this #employer behaviour was #legal. #Staff who worked extra hours unpaid (no overtime pay) but when they demanded #fairpay & didn't get it, they reduced their work by 10%. For this they were docked 100% of pay. I was flabbergasted to read that the 90% the #workers did was considered to be #voluntary by the #university. Of course, they weren't told that in advance.
