Push pressing today followed by something else. I get demolished at these top weights for me. Between that and the whack effects I'm feeling from progressing #zerchersquats it's an interesting time recently.

Have been out of back #squats for a while. I have started up #ZercherSquats again recently though and I've been loving those. It's like a front squat but it forces you into a disadvantaged position with the weight in front and on your mid chest, give or take. Also keeping it in the elbow while three bar spins is its own challenge. Pretty cool.

Medium weight Zercher squats for 4 at 315lbs/143kg. I can't wait to 1 rep max this for 405lbs/184kg.
