Today is not going to be enjoyable.

I'm going to attempt to change hundreds/thousands or connection strings for SSRS shared Data Sources and embedded report Data Sources using my least favorite development tool of all time: PowerShell.

(*SQL Server Reporting Services)

I like #SSRS honestly. It has some limitations and annoyances but learning to do some pretty cool stuff with it.

I LOVE being able to filter parameter options by previously selected parameters, we have a report that can potentially look at millions of items, but by the time you're at the last parameter, it's filtered down to a few dozen you actually want max.

OK
Someone around having some Infos regarding SSRS 2019 ( Dev or Ent ed) and mobile reports? See
learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/
Should be supported for above mentioned editions
But when setting ssrs up, there is no menu for mobile reports.
Compared with 2017 ssrs dev. There it is.
But not in 2019. See screenshot
Any ideas/hints ?

I'm thinking about making some intro to #SSRS #tutorial #videos.*
1) Would that be of interest to anyone here?
2) What's a good platform? I usually default to Google, so YouTube for convenience, but I'm thinking lately that may not be optimal.

*Don't expect polish, though. My video editing skills are currently best described as "nascent".

It's also been a busy few days in the #SaltMine. As my grandfather used to say, "Busier than a cross-eyed rooster on an ant hill". Trying to add some reporting to our web app. Spent way too much time trying to figure out why I was getting asked to log in to #SSRS. Turns out it wasn't completely installed (missing its database). So frustrating. But I made good progress after that.
