Always nice to have another installment in the #RiversOfLondon universe, although I find the novellas too short to be really satisfying!

This one has a fun Bertie Wooster-style protagonist and a great setting in 1920s New York but is a touch low on actual magic, plus despite being billed as a Nightingale novella, we learn only a little more about him. I want to know more about Ettersberg, damnit!

Still, I'll always read these as it's such a fun world!
