Is VB.net (Visual Basic dot net) still in use?
At the time Microsoft introduced #DotNet, Visual Basic had a pretty healthy user base, but now, I can't recall the last time I saw VB mentioned anymore. It's as though all the shops that were using Visual Basic jumped over VB.net straight into C# (C Sharp).

Love learning new programming languages. Started with #Basic when I was a child, then #VisualBasic6, #java, #c++ #php, #python, #javascript, and now looking at #rust and try to understand why everyone is talking about it and even begin using it as part of the linux kernel.
