Thomas Cranmer, Protestant martyr, pleads for his life. He says the early church had pure doctrine and helped oppressed and miserable. Then things went wrong.

Today, some of most strident anti-papists would also oppose Cranmer’s marks of the church. Some Catholic enthusiasts falsely state Protestantism requires true church never seen till 1517.

How can you support both pure doctrine and sanctuaries for miserable?
