Busy working out how best to use the Sensor, Observation, Sample, and Actuator (#SOSA) #ontology classes and properties to produce #FAIR #metadata for #UAV-based plant phenotyping datasets.

It's depressing that all SOSA materials other than the specification documents assume I'm part of the military-industrial complex and want to make my killing machine compatible with others.

This morning at the #FOSS4G-Europe I delivered the address on the automated generation of #SensorThingsAPI services from #KnowledgeGraphs compliant to the #SOSA web ontology. Unexpectedly, #SoilData provision with #GloSIS is one of the use cases.

The new #ReST API specifications of the #OGC are transforming #GeoSpatial data provision from a technology-centred into a #Semantics-centered exercise.

Alleged Boss of "Scattered Spider" Hacking Group Arrested in Spain

A 22-year-old man from the United Kingdom arrested this week in Spain is allegedly the ringleader of Scattered Spider, a cybercrime group suspected of hacking into Twilio, LastPass, DoorDash, Mailchimp, and nearly 130 other organizations over the past two years.

So we’re supposed admire #McGuire because he came clean? No! He cheated, as did #Sosa when they stole the #Maris record of 61. They along with #Bonds and all the other players who used PEDs have records that are tainted. #Asterisks for all.
And just because people turned a blind eye to #PED use doesn’t make it right.

Yes it was a magical season. I remember following it all summer, but we as fan (at least I) didn’t know that players were juicing.
