A while back I asked if there was something that could show me when new people I follow on Twitter join Mastodon, so I don't have to go through each one again and again.
Movetodon.org comes pretty close — you can see whether you already follow the person or not, and follow them right from the page.

@Viss @glynmoody We now need to collectively backup our twitter data thanks to https://twitter.com/settings/download_your_data to preserve these data from disappearing if Twitter goes bankrupt and if possible, once reimport them in a public archive. And move to #moveToMastodon
