The irony is that the current #ICC prosecutor #KarimKhan was in a way the pick of #Israel and the #US. He was the one who replaced the former prosecutor #FatouBensouda who was driven out of office, likely due to intimidation by the former Israeli chief of #Mossad. His intimidation tactics were akin to those of the Mafia. Which is a bit too much to expect from the eternal "victims". The US also did its part of threatening and sanctioning.

The former cop is a retired police colonel known for her close ties with #Duterte. She was also alleged to be a member of the #DavaoDeathSquad (DDS), which supposedly took kill orders from the former Davao City mayor-turned-president.
