I took DRP 2.0. I have been reading about the system you need access to for requesting retirement. I am Fed with approximately 35 years of service and past MRA. Office didn’t know what I was talking about. Do I need to send my “old” office my SF3107 to kick the process and get access to ORA? Help is much appreciated!

Which insurance if your spouse has good coverage
My spouse has very generous health insurance so a few years ago I canceled my fehb. I'm aware that you need coverage 5 years before retirement to keep benefits in retirement. With everything happening I just want to get back on a low cost plan now. Any recommendations? Also can spouses get coverage post retirement Do I need to worry about adding them or should I just keep it to me? Thanks for any advice.

Probationary employee to permanent?
Hi all. I'm a probationary employee at a small agency. My one year is up in January 2026. We had some firings at the beginning of the year but I was able to stay somehow. Now with the new executive orders regarding probationary employees, can you tell me if your probation ended recently and if your agency is letting go people due to performance when their year is up?

Experience with religious RA / new OPM guidelines?
Does anyone have experience or know anyone who has successfully used the recent OPM guidance on accommodations for religious reasons? In my situation, I’m looking to simply work out of a federal building closer to home (half hour), rather than the one I was assigned to two hours away. Or more telework, but I’d be just as happy reporting to a building that’s just closer. My religious reasons are legitimate, but I do not feel comfortable going into detail with them in this setting. I work for GSA, PBS. Just wondering what anyone else may have seen or heard or experienced with this. Starting my Reassignment tomorrow
I was reassigned to another job after my job was on the chopping block for eight months. The transition has been emotional and I felt super disposable for so long… please send prayers my way and snaps. 
I am so nervous about tomorrow. I don’t remember where anything is. I don’t know anybody. I don’t even know where the toilet is. I packed my lunch and bought a new backpack to get me in good spirits. I’m lucky to have a job but I have felt so isolated and alone for so long. My last job was super toxic and I cried at my desk about twice a week. Anyway, wanted to share and potentially get snaps!

Insurance that covers TMJ treatment
Does anyone have federal health insurance that covers TMJ treatment? This is my top health issue right now, and the MHBP plan I have only covers TMJ surgery, which is not the course I want to take. TMJ is generally hot potato between health and dental, with no one wanting to cover. Any advice welcome!

I know every time it gets very close, then a stopgap bill is passed last second and everyone gets all worked up.However, I will say this time, I have heard way more chatter from folks in office and from outside sources discussing it. Now that DoD and DoJ have established a plan to seat 600 JAG attorneys as “Temporary Immigration Judges,” should we expect to see more immigration judges fired and replaced by JAGs?
Based on this plan, that seems likely, so that the Administration can quickly replace immigration judges appointed by Biden, Obama, etc. I expect that some of those fired are also reservist JAG attorneys—will they lose their DoJ immigration judge jobs and then be appointed immigration judges by the DoD?
