Fighting an injury 
I went out running but after the 100 meters wisely decided to interrupt and just go spinning my MTB on the road to try and recover.
Zero pain biking and I did not use assist for 90% of the ride, there’s hope of a short recovery.
The blue sky photo is from a long walk yesterday that also did not fully heal me.
That's what the human mind is all about. I see where my heart has been. Laura is finally well.
My path in the end, by chance, came up with an interesting shape. Do you see you it?
Has anyone had these spikes of HR on a Garmin watch? The first one coincided when it started pouring. I was also climbing fast but the vertical is odd. I snugged the watch at the top as I slowed down and I saw a sharp drop. It happened again a 2nd time but after that I also felt that my HR would climb more than normal. Eventually I slowed down a lot to control it. It has been two weeks of extreme stress and little sleep.But still…

Quinta do Pisão in the middle of a storm.
Today I slipped and took a hard fall on my left leg. Nothing that a 30 seconds of cursing didn’t solve. It was a roller coaster run with 520m of total ascent.
Locked and loaded for HM10 (already!). The year is going by too fast!
It will be Sintra again. Mostly open areas because there is a major storm warning for the weekend.

Belas. Caught a few SOB climbs today and mud aplenty.
I made a slight improvement on my pSlider, now working with touch devices and zooming to allow extra precision in selection. Work in slow progress.
