@gregggonsalves This is NOT appeasement, or cowardice. They want Trump to win, but can't find a way to force and endorsement of him. This is a power play.
@gregggonsalves IMO their reluctance is to a certain degree owed to Trump's potential to incite acts of terrorism & violence, which he regrettably hasn't been held accountable for to this day.

I mean, if a news organization can so easily be intimidated before the election, just imagine how quickly it would succumb to initimidation during an authoritarian regime. That's not a news organization that deserves public trust.
