I can't decide if it's a good thing or bad thing that I started turning off the "show mark-up" option when using track changes. I just saw what the mark-up looked like for a paper I was editing, and uh, that's a lot of red...
@SRLevine Turning off mark up also is an excellent way to speed up your #Word processing overall. Showing #markup always slows down documents when they are a few pages long. #AcademiciansLifeHacks
@drupad This document has so many comments (every time you write a new one it wants to display all of them) I kept getting a spinning wheel and had to restart Word more than once. 
My computer is university owned and only 2 years old, Word should not be having these issues.
