@cbarbermd these two are a pair of International Criminals, so, the Logan Act seems wholly inadequate for scofflaws such as these. But we seem to be waiting for their nations legal systems to act. That’s not likely to happen. So their nations peoples, if these nations truly ARE democratic nations, are going to have to do it themselves. #GOTV
The Logan act is likely unconstitutional, first amendment conflict. So no cases have been brought since the 19th century. But some fuckwit will blame Merrick Garland for failing to bring a loser case, because fuckwitting.
