Just reflecting that I really enjoy my combination of specialties.
I think #geriatrics in particular - having a holistic, patient-centred, sensible, and function-oriented approach - has so much to offer #Haematology #hematology which is so cutting edge with so many developments but really benefits from that step back to take stock of what it is the patient needs and wants.
Likewise, there's some incredibly interesting work in #chip and endothelial dysf that haem brings to geris. Exciting times!
