WTL<p>Sunday <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Workout" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Workout</span></a>:<br>5.3 KM of Zone 2 <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Running" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Running</span></a> (3°C, 52% humidity, and 31 km/hr wind).</p><p>Few hours of reading this morning, then figured I'd make another attempt at a <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Zone2" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Zone2</span></a> run - spent about 60% in Z2 this time. Then … brunch and bacon was achieved.</p>

I eventually got dropped after 50 minutes, which put me as far from home as possible with completely dead legs. Only 36 miles from home. </p><p>My best guess is the temperature, been struggling to even get to Z2 at all in the cold a lot this winter</p>

I can really feel the muscle burn.</p>
MichelleMidweek easy run with pup. Into week three of this training block and feeling good. Long run last week had 1000m of elevation and my legs felt great after - the magic of keeping max HR under 70%!!! Love it! A little over seven weeks until 80km! I am appreciative of the time spend on base over the winter!<br> <br> Pup is a little over 18 months now! Enjoying all the adventures with her! <br> <br> Yoga practice 1156, a little strength and stability, and a lot of hip mobility.
