Synergy-1<p>Operating Superstars - 2 more character articles and a <a href="https://sakurajima.moe/tags/Worldbuilding" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Worldbuilding</span></a> update</p><p>Lately I’ve been drafting chapters 12 and 13 of “I Was a Software Developer…” and started an illustration, but moved towards finishing my drafts for Piroska’s and Valencia’s articles for the project <a href="https://sakurajima.moe/tags/Wiki" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Wiki</span></a>. The 1970's PDP-11 models looked the coolest IMO so her design is based on them the most. </p><p>Valencia’s isn’t and instead is based on nautical fashion, but she still has some of the other fashion elements associated with her former team. They were two of the most influential members of this team, and in modern times they still have roles in hobbyist movements but Valencia also does a lot of mission-critical work since OpenVMS is still widely used for it.</p><p>Writing Valencia’s article led me to consider whether there might be a skillset in the setting based on high-availability computing and safety-critical systems so the article was updated with what I considered: </p><p>📄 <a href="https://operatingsuperstars.miraheze.org/wiki/Skillsets" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">operatingsuperstars.miraheze.o</span><span class="invisible">rg/wiki/Skillsets</span></a></p><p><a href="https://sakurajima.moe/tags/MastoArt" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>MastoArt</span></a> <a href="https://sakurajima.moe/tags/OriginalCharacter" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>OriginalCharacter</span></a> <a href="https://sakurajima.moe/tags/OC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>OC</span></a> <a href="https://sakurajima.moe/tags/Personification" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Personification</span></a> <a href="https://sakurajima.moe/tags/VectorArt" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>VectorArt</span></a></p>
