Regarding #Trump's recent physical...

1. Trump lies. Constantly. About everything. It's his default state of being, and is as natural as breathing to him.

2. Trump has a massive ego and also a massive inferiority complex. He needs constant fluffing and reinforcement. He has to be told he is better, handsomer, smarter, everything-er than everybody else.

Put those together, and you get:

3. The things Trump lies about more than anything else are ... himself. He cheats at golf to win tournaments at clubs he owns, so he can be "champion". He brags about first-placing in contests or comparisons that didn't happen or which don't rank participants at all. And on and on...

What's this got to do with his physical?

Well, he announced his results and it says he's 6'3" and weighs 224 pounds.

Which, if true, would mean he's 5 or 6 inches taller than me, but weighs the same. Anyone familiar with how scaling a 3D object up by linear factor X affects mass is now laughing their guts out.

He is *far* more obese than me. Of *course* he's lying about his weight. If he's less than 270 pounds I will eat my hat, and it would not surprise me in the least if he weighed 300 pounds.

So, do you want your government run by a pathetically insecure man-baby who has to lie about his weight to feel better than everyone else?

Shame on his doctor putting his signature to such bullshit.

#FitIn2025 – March edition

The third month of the year. Spring is slowly arriving, or so I hope bringing some better weather. And, hopefully, the better weather will also mean that my body will be less painful... 🤞🏻 This month, I have my hip puncture test, to check for infections, for an upcoming hip surgery. I should get the results this month as well, so hopefully I'll know more about the surgery soon... The bad hip cup is giving me some issues through, that's how we found out it needed surgery to begin with... So it does limit me in the exercises that I am able to do. But, as mush as I can push myself this month, I'll do my best to improve as much as I can. February didn't see too many changes, so yeah... It's making or a bit harder to stay motivated when your results aren't the best... Nevertheless, I'm gonna try... 💪🏼 […]
