#Republicans are positively *giddy* this morning regarding the Far Right #SCotUS ruling prohibiting lower court FEDERAL judges from stopping "T****'s agenda".
First, these aren't LAWS these lower court judges are blocking, they are #ExecutiveOrders (something the #GOP called "#unconstitutional" when #Obama used them.)
Second, #Conservative used Federal judges EXTENSIVELY when it came to stopping President #Biden from protecting #Abortion rights, #DACA, or #CollegeDebtRelief.
#ACLU, #DemocracyDefendersAction, #NAACP, #LDF, #LULAC et al have also now filed a #ClassAction to hold #Trump's #BirthrightCitizenship order #unconstitutional nationwide.

The case, #Trump v. Casa, involved one of the most blatantly #unconstitutional of Trump’s orders: his bid to revoke, by executive fiat, the constitutional guarantee of #BirthrightCitizenship.
