BlackLotus1312Je suis dans une situation de dilemme pour laquelle je veux bien vos avis/conseils/réflexions 🤔 Contexte : je viens de décrocher un CDI, du coup j'envisage de me syndiquer (je voulais pas le faire avant d'avoir signé le CDI, de crainte qu'on me pousse vers la sortie...). Dans ma boîte il n'y a que des syndiqué.es CGT. Je me questionne donc sur la pertinence de me syndiquer à la CGT, ou bien de choisir un <a href="https://todon.eu/tags/syndicat" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#syndicat</a> non représenté dans ma boîte mais dont je me sens bien plus proche en termes de valeurs et de luttes (genre Sud). Comment choisir ?... 🔄 Le reboost donne de la force aux acteurices des luttes sociales ✊️

La décision sera formellement prise au plus tard jeudi matin après une consultation en interne, selon Les Echos. La centrale boycotte déjà la réunion sur la fonction publique prévue mercredi après-midi. Deux organisations, FO et U2P, ont déjà claqué la porte.
