NelsonWhat is this contraption attached to a telephone pole in South Jersey? There were two at 90 degrees around the pole from each other.Is this a survey prism? Is it in active use? The concrete one is about 4.5’ tall and seen around town, but not labeled. I am guessing this means something to someone, but they are unmarked and sometimes crumbling.
