Paul Chambers🚧A few days ago we were minus 35 degrees F with the wind chill. Today we almost reached 70 Degrees F.The temp swings have played a tune on my muscles. I get continuous <a href="https://oldfriends.live/tags/baclofen" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#baclofen</a> (<a href="https://oldfriends.live/tags/muscle" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#muscle</a> relaxer) via a spinal pump but also can take extra doses.Almost 4 hours before I can take another extra dose. It makes my muscles loose, stops the cramping. He has now completed 60 5ks since his injury.
