Leaving this here for anyone who suffers from hay fever, allergies, sinus problems etc like I do.The pharmacist, not my regular one, explained how to use this nasal spray I've been prescribed. I rolled my eyes - who doesn't know how to use nasal spray right?? "Right hand, left nostril; left hand, right nostril," he said. "You have to cross over to get the angle right. If you go same side, it just goes down your throat. You want it in the sinus." Apparently it has no known interactions with any of my meds or supplements. So that's a good start! The pharmacist said it won't help directly with my <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/ChronicSinusitis" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#ChronicSinusitis</a>, but it will help to prevent viral infections -- which is what usually triggers my <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/sinus" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#sinus</a> issues. So here's hoping!The spray itself is clear, so I expect no staining. When I sprayed it up my nose, it smelled like the leather of a new purse fresh from the store. 😆
