Seasonal Affective Disorder finally caught up to me this week. The light box came out and got plugged in. And it's working... I felt a little more alert during the day and my brain is making its own melatonin tonight. It's 20:30 and I'm getting ready for bed.
It's funny how it's a little different every year. Usually it pops up in mid September, but it was a late arrival this year.

It’s interesting watching my cat’s behaviour at this time of year. I’ve been struggling to wake up for work this week. He definitely sleeps more at the moment. He hasn’t been getting up when I do, even to have some breakfast, he’s still snoozing in his bed now. And he definitely sleeps more during the day too.
