Mark Squires1/2 I haven't opened a bottle of this oaked Santorini (all Assyrtiko) in a few years. The last one was very good, but showing a hint of oxidation. (Predictably, then didn't get to this final bottle for a few more years!) This '07 is way better than in its youth--Brilliant. (It's about the bottle, not the wine, as the wine ages; an old saying.) Fresh, concentrated and ripe, it's gorgeous.
