TV witches have always captivated me. As a child, I would sit cross-legged in front of the screen, completely spellbound by reruns of Samantha Stephens from Bewitched on Nick-at-Nite. I remember watching her effortlessly clean the house with a twitch of her nose, never realizing that there was something deeper going on in these portrayals of witches.

This is a very strange situation and I'm not really sure I can do justice to it: I taught Chance Perdomo in Southampton and he was exceptional. He was confident, clever, charismatic. I didn't realise until a few years ago that he'd become so famous. And it doesn't/didn't really matter. He was the kind of student I would have remembered forever regardless. The best show I've found so far on the #RokuChannel is one they acquired when they bought #Qubi, #SwimmingWithSharks.
Unfortunately only 6, short episodes (under 30 minutes), it stars #KiernanShipka (#MadMen, #Sabrina) with #DianeKruger, it's a beautiful-looking, well-acted and written #drama based loosely on the 90's #film.
Only two episodes in and I'm already dreading it being over it's so good, so far. I'm limiting myself to one episode a night
