Kannst noch jahrelang laufen :-) <a href="https://mastodon.beer/tags/Running" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Running</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.beer/tags/RunnersOfMastodon" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>RunnersOfMastodon</span></a></p>
dode<p>Tuesday morning run trying out new shoes. I bought a pair of puma deviate nitro 3s on sale planning for the 10k Thursday but haven't had a chance to test them until this morning. Walking in them I had a definite pressure on the joints of my big toe on my left foot so was expecting pain but this went once I started running. I did have discomfort on my right ankle and extra pressure on my left knee possibly due to slight change to my running from the shoes. I wasn't aiming for fast this morning but found myself dropping under 5min km on the flat without really feeling it. Downhill I wasn't comfortable and they will take some getting used to. Uphill they were just awful, far harder work than even my dead trail shoes (1000+km) I have no idea why but I ended up walking up part of South Street a first in a while.<br>So I'll be sticking with my Velocity 3s for the run while I figure these out. I think they will be good on flatish roads. <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/running" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>running</span></a> <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/runnersofmastodon" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>runnersofmastodon</span></a> <br><a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/garmin" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>garmin</span></a> <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/beatyesterday" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>beatyesterday</span></a></p>

woollypigs<p>Sorry I didn't find any Knights in Lyngby Krat* but I did find ice cream. </p><p>Great route in my old playground, this wood 45+ years ago was my backyard. As I used to go to the school next to it and lived 5min away. Though I only recognise one 200m stretch. Spend many a day playing hide and seek or cowboys and Indian. Followed by family hiking and scout trips.</p><p>Boy, were there many short and sharp up and downs, with twist and turns, which made this a joyful and fun run, but knacked me so much that I had to get a recovery ice cream.</p><p>First time trying liquorice icc cream, boy was that good. Johan Barelds 🇪🇺<p>The Veluwezoom trail run went as planned today. The goal was an average pace of 7min/km. To achieve that, I'd decided to run the first 20km at my base heart rate of 129. If I still had some energy left in the last 10km, I could let go. And that's pretty much how it went. Although the heat and high humidity also caused a slight increase in heart rate. <br>Final verdict: Mission accomplished! 😊✅<br><a href="https://mastodon.nl/tags/Trailrunning" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Trailrunning</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.nl/tags/runnersofmastodon" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>runnersofmastodon</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.nl/tags/UltraRunner" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>UltraRunner</span></a>&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href="https://mastodon.nl/tags/Running" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Running</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.nl/tags/Garmin" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Garmin</span></a><br>Strava: <a href="https://www.strava.com/activities/15098251825?utm_source=UNKNOWN&amp;utm_medium=referral" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://www.</span><span class="ellipsis">strava.com/activities/15098251</span><span class="invisible">825?utm_source=UNKNOWN&amp;utm_medium=referral</span></a></p>
