This is the #MusicVideo I was looking for!
It is by Smith & Burrows, and the #puppets & puppeteers were from #LittleAngelTheatre in #Islington.
"We've got to find a little light from somewhere, got to find a little light from somewhere. Take a walk down Parliament Hill - six a.m. and the world is still."
According to Wikipedia, #ParliamentHill is "an area of open parkland in the south-east corner of Hampstead Heath in north-west London. The hill, which is 98 metres (322 ft) high, is notable for its views of the capital's skyline."

I was given a little stack of salvaged chloroplast and used it without noticing
It’s definitely useless for the kind of papier mache puppets we used to make

An unhelpfully vague music question for you (I'm sorry!) - would anyone know a UK music video about a hill & that had puppets in it?
I *think* the band was all male, the video was about going for a walk on X hill, and there were large puppets mostly hidden in the scenery until the end. It was a fairly gentle song and a gradual unfolding of a story.
It would be at least three years older, probably a bit more.
It was posted on Twitter, probably by Terri Windling, who is both married to a puppeteer & friends with the Frouds, so it is possible any of them might have been involved with the project.
Although it wasn't a band I had heard of, I had the sense it was reasonably well known, at least in certain circles, and I think done within the last five years (almost certainly the last ten), so I don't think this is too obscure.
Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
