Amelia KrasuckaZarząd Główny Polskiego Towarzystwa Seksuologicznego wydało oświadczenie w sprawie planowanych zmian prawnych dotyczących opieki zdrowotnej nad osobami transpłciowymi doświadczającymi niezgodności płciowej w wieku rozwojowym. Ramy prawne, które odpowiadały by osobą dotkniętym tym problemem, niestety nie są zbieżne z zaleceniami PTSu, oświadczeniem ZG PTS oraz modelem WPATH soc. 8.Pomimo, że WPATH soc. 8 jest rozwinięciem modelu świadomej zgody, niej jest modelem świadomej zgody per se. Amelia KrasuckaOsoby trans zbierają żniwo przez wywiad z Lwem-Starowiczem. Jeden z najdroższych i najlepiej wykonujących operacje rekonstrukcji klatki piersiowej lekarz odmówił wykonania operacji powołując się na świeżość opinii. Stwierdził, że powinno minąć przynajmniej dwa lata, zanim wykona się taki "nieodwracalny" zabieg. Powołał się jeszcze na nazwisko Lwa-Starowicza, że nie chcę mieć pacjenta na sumieniu - czyt. że nie chcę aby potem pacjent żałował swojej decyzji i dokonał detranzycji.Co mówią wytyczne.Zalecenia Polskiego Towarzystwa Seksuologicznego wymaga dwóch opinii do wykonania chirurgicznych interwencji afirmującej płeć w obrębie klatki^1.
