earthling<p>Inner terrain<br>Utilises microscopy. PPPs are found during a dried blood evaluation, which is used to give a more in-depth look into the health of the individual. PPPs are seen as white areas that look like holes with black tentacle-like lines running out from its form. They are soft clots called polymerised protein puddles and vary in size from small white dots to larger ones. </p><p>Photograph: Kelli Miller </p><p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://a.gup.pe/u/photography" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">@<span>photography</span></a></span> <br><a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/microscopy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>microscopy</span></a> <br><a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/proteins" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>proteins</span></a> <br><a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/PPPs" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>PPPs</span></a></p>

César Pose<p>I have a new favorite lunchtime treat. High-quality protein, highly bioavailable, and digestible. A meal suitable for people with autoimmune disorders.<br>Hard-boiled eggs with tuna. It can be fresh or canned. I season it with olive oil, turmeric, ginger, black pepper, and salt. But that's up to you.<br>In autoimmune diseases, slightly more protein than normal is needed due to the constant destruction and renewal of tissues and blood caused by the outbreaks of antibody attacks.<br>But since most patients with autoimmune disorders also have intestinal inflammation, it is better to ingest proteins with less complex molecular structures and with less toxicity load. Simply put, the smaller the creature, the more digestible its protein. So, according to this criterion, eggs are best, followed by fish, birds, and finally four-legged mammals. <br>Obviously, depending on your tolerance and digestive capacity, you choose what to eat.<br>The important thing is not to eat for pleasure or ideology, but according to the needs of the body.<br>And if you don't have any health problems, tuna with eggs is still a delicacy.<br><a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/autoimmunedisease" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>autoimmunedisease</span></a> <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/proteins" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>proteins</span></a> <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/eggs" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>eggs</span></a> <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/tuna" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>tuna</span></a> <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/EatHealthy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>EatHealthy</span></a> <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/actuallyautistic" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>actuallyautistic</span></a></p>

earthling<p>About 100 cells divide every second in our body. A key protein in cell division is a protein kinase termed Plk1, because it activates other proteins involved in this process. Plk1 is also overexpressed in many types of cancer. This makes it a promising target for cancer therapies. However, drugs that inhibit Plk1 have often proven ineffective.</p><p><a href="https://phys.org/news/2025-04-cell-division-molecular-cells.html" rel="nofollow noopener" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">phys.org/news/2025-04-cell-div</span><span class="invisible">ision-molecular-cells.html</span></a></p><p><a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/cells" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>cells</span></a> <br><a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/CellDivision" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>CellDivision</span></a><br><a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/proteins" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>proteins</span></a> <br><a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/cancer" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>cancer</span></a></p>
