These are better options when starting from the beginning, but we’re hundreds of workbooks in now and I need something (a formula) I can just drop in to be even remotely realistic in terms of feasibility.

Wyn -Excel & Power BINot all solutions are equal.I saw a single line of code on a forum the other week that solved someone's issue of replacing values using a Table with From & To values.
