Terms such as generally, relate to the way many people think & behave that is environmentally harmful. </p><p>It's common for humans to want far more than they need. To show off their wealth (their status) Even, or rather usually, at the cost of the environment. Consumerism is the economic manifestation of this. Crap that society doesn't need that <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/pollutes" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>pollutes</span></a> the <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/environment" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>environment</span></a>.</p>
