Also, the original developer, Steve Weston, left it in a great condition, so foreach() is stable and won't go anywhere.As the author of Futureverse, my recommendation is to couple it with the doFuture package (not original doParallel), e.g.y <- foreach(...) %dofuture% { ... }and things will run in <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/parallel" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#parallel</a> on any operating system <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/RStats" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#RStats</a>
