Hello Fedi. My partner @LukeOrion and I are a couple of disabled trans artists/musicians currently stuck in South Dakota until we can get our RV (that we live in) fixed. We have a goal of $100 for today to cover a couple of days worth of food and securing another night at the RV Park where we’ve been staying.

We recently escaped from homelessness thanks to raising for our RV (where we live), but unfortunately issues with stalling have been making it dangerous for us to drive more than short periods at a time. And we’re currently stuck in South Dakota of all places while this is happening. This has completely upended our plans for getting back on our feet. Until we can get the engine fixed, we can’t leave the RV park. We don’t have anywhere to legally go if we can’t afford to stay here. Anywhere we would go in town risks dealing with the police (obviously something we need to avoid at all costs being disabled and trans).

Hello all! It's your friendly neighborhood mod Glitch, and I am in need of your help covering things for May.

I am a trans nonbinary neurodivergent individual with ME/CFS and degenerative disc disease (lower spine).

Had a bombshell dropped on me yesterday that I have to be out of my apartment by the 16th of June so they can remodel. Thankfully I'm just moving next door to an empty apartment, but I didn't have that on my list of things to deal with.

So I bumped up my goal so I can make sure I have everything I need to be able to move by the 16th of June. That includes storage bins for my stuff, since I prefer reusable storage that's easy to move back and forth (one of the side effects of constantly moving) as well as a cat carrier and 'treats' to help Lucky handle the move. Even though it's just next door, moving a cat from one place to the next is an extremely stressful thing for them.

That's a hard date, with no flexibility unless they change it. The 'benefits' of being in subsidized housing, I guess.

The existing threads have gotten overcomplicated so I'm starting a new one.

The pizza restaurant that saved my life is firmly ending it's generosity and demanding that I pay $25 immediately for a owed meal. This is a request direct from the owner as they felt I was at risk of bleeding them money.

Also, my parents got into a car accident and their car has been wrecked. They're my backup plan in case I run out of meals and they can't help at the moment.
