A question for my friends who are #trans and/or #menopausal and/or anyone dealing with hormones, #hrt and related supplements. I’m preparing an opt out post on data sovereign period trackers for those who menstruate and would like to include ideas for hormone tracking too. Which apps or systems do you use? What is needed in this space?

(Edit: A note that I appreciate and fully respect that trans people and menopausal people are often (although not always) members of very different groups and I do not wish to confuse populations or identities. In this instance I just want to reach anyone whose everyday expertise requires careful, expert, or experimental management of synthetic or bioidentical hormones. I thought "how bad can this bag be", then I read on.
What a load of #sanctimonious, #misogynistic, #virtuesignalling, ignorant, twits.
There was nothing available when I went throught that hell & TBH nothing was a substantial improvement on this condescending bag. I guess the women involved didn't have any of the awful symptoms.

So I have learned that you can now get estrogen #HRT over the counter in a cream.

I do not know if it is appropriate for #Transgender folks, but for #Menopausal women, this saves me from having to get a prescription.

The estrogen in particular has not been available like this before. I found it on Amazon, and it works.

I have been on HRT for 11 years since my hysterectomy at 39. This works as well or better than the prescription compounded lozenges.
