I don't think there's anything #biden can do unilaterally as a #lameduck (without support of both the house and senate).
My thoughts here are politically unpopular things #biden can do as a #lameduck that are the right things to do, but political suicide (i.e. anything pro-#Palestinian).
Some #courtpacking would be great, but as you suggest, after Kamala gets both house and senate majorities in 2025.

It appears #biden is in no rush to exercise his #lameduck status. Hopefully, he’s planning post-election for supercharging #ukraine’s war effort against #putin and hobbling #Netanyahu’s #genocide… and hopefully delivering him to the #icc or at least removing him from power (delivering #sinwar to the ICC would be a bonus… #putin too).
He’s probably waiting until post-election in case his plans backfires, like his #afgan withdrawal or Carter’s hostage rescue attempt.

How about adding restrictions on the use of US arms by #israel? Until #Netanyahu signs a peace treaty with the #Palestinians, US weapons can only be used defensively: when being actively fired on, aimed in the direction where the fire is coming from? Come on #biden: use that #lameduck status as leverage!
