ES Michelson<p>Dear Friends,</p><p>These are <a href="https://mas.to/tags/LongIsland" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>LongIsland</span></a> / <a href="https://mas.to/tags/NewYork" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>NewYork</span></a> supermarket deli potato pancakes. Prepared as a <a href="https://mas.to/tags/Passover" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Passover</span></a> specialty. It brings to mind the small kosher delis that sprinkled <a href="https://mas.to/tags/Nassau" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Nassau</span></a> and <a href="https://mas.to/tags/Suffolk" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Suffolk</span></a> Counties. You can still find <a href="https://mas.to/tags/knishes" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>knishes</span></a>, rye bread, salt-cured <a href="https://mas.to/tags/pickles" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>pickles</span></a>. Harder to find the genuine versions in the retail clutter. Even bagels, as good as they are here, have become bigger and fluffier. </p><p><a href="https://mas.to/tags/potatoes" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>potatoes</span></a> <a href="https://mas.to/tags/eggs" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>eggs</span></a> <a href="https://mas.to/tags/tomatoes" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>tomatoes</span></a> <br><a href="https://mas.to/tags/photography" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>photography</span></a></p>
