Behavior change is much more about strategy than self-dicipline. You need to make the desired behavior as easy as possible by removing friction. For example I always have a dumbell and drawing equipment laying around near me so I will do small spontaneous bursts of muscle workout throughout the day and use small moments of idleness to draw.

The opposite works as well. For example you will likely reduce your social media usage dramatically just by logging out after each session. This will also make the automatic behavior of opening addictive apps 100 times a day out of habit visible.

I used to suffer from greasy hair until I realized the problem was that I was not washing my hair thoroughly enough. I started double shampooing and now my hair looks good for 3 days after washing it. Now I use cold water to wash my hair because I had to do several bleaches to get it from red to pink and it suffered a bit (in this pic I have the in-wetween hair).

Aamun kävely tarjosi järviä/lampia: Saarijärvi, Sarkkinen, Suolikas, Pöksynhaara, Pieni Pöksynhaara, Iso Majaslampi ja Pikku Majaslampi. On vuosia siitä kun noilla nurkilla kävelin mutta hiljalleen reitit muistuivat mieleen. Mustikoita löytyi runsaasti matkaevääksi.

Kallioinen mäntymetsä, järvi taustalla. Puiden runkoja on alhaalta metsäpalo mustannut. Punertavia mustikanvarpuja on maan peitteenä.
