Attorney Woo was really great and I'm looking really looking forward for the second season.
The Glory was a bit too grim for me, but I did finish it.
Stranger and Goblin I did like both.

My recommendations would be
- Sky Castle (the first episode is a bit boring, but ends with a bang and after that I could not stop watching and it become one of my all time favourites)
- Search WWW (good plot, bautifully framed and shot, excellent music)
- Start-Up (also interesting plot and high production quality, contains one of the most ridiculously funny moments few dramas after it have referenced)
- It's Ok Not To Be OK (the female lead character is quite bad representation, which have turned some off, but otherwise very touching and fun and Moon Sang-tae (played by Oh Jung-se) is one of the best represented autistic characters)

Unplanned resistance training on my 5k run today as it was blowing a gale.

I’m running a 5K in the Inverness Half Marathon on 10th March supporting a local mental health charity, mikeysline.co.uk/

Over Xmas and New Year had a heavy cold and chest infection. I was inundated with offers of help, food and gifts being dropped off. People checking in on me.

Now my depression and eating disorders are biting. I reach out and you could hear the crickets and see the tumble weed. Short terse messages or ignored. That's why I don't believe the, 'reach out for help or the #itsoknottobeok looks good on social media and that's about it. Xo

It’s #WorldMentalHealthDay today and it’s possibly one of the worst days of the year for the spread of toxic positivity and I hate it with every inch of my fibre.

People who have never had any issues with their mental health sharing patronising and smug memes saying shite like #ItsOkNotToBeOk

Or posting “tips” on how to manage your mental health like “go for a walk” “eat healthy”.

Seriously, fuck off! You’ve no idea mate!

Stop Scrolling. It’s #TimeToTalk day tomorrow👇

Did you know that 1 in 4 of us will experience a Mental Health problem in any given year?

This is exactly the reason why we chose #MentalHealth and #Wellbeing as our first #Amplify topic - to encourage people to talk more and often, share important stories and also show the crucial role that creativity plays in our health and wellbeing.

Make sure you check in with those around you 💜

Welp, although I’m very happy with the support and connections here, I’m taking a break for a while for family stuff. I’ll share more when I have permission. I might peak in for #Wildlife or #Pet #Photos I’ll be ok. #ItsAlrightToCry #TherapistsConnect #ItsOkNotToBeOk #Grief Check out the YouTube of former #NFL #Rams Rosey Grier singing “It’s Alright to Cry” from the 1974 “Free to be You and Me” special by #MarloThomas and friends. I can’t figure out how to add it now. #Timeless

This time of year can be difficult, I have struggled over the past few Christmas but found the key for me is not to let the fear overwhelm me and to have a simple plan of what to do on the day, an 8-mile walk this morning followed by a good few hours on the PlayStation. Wherever this finds you I hope you are safe, well and happy. If not, please don't be afraid to reach out. #joinin #ItsOKNotToBeOK
