Continued thread

Popping back in for a moment to ask folks to share what they did to be a bit #happier & #healthier today.

For us it was a sunny warm day after quite a bit of rain and cold. I took some time to go out with our dogs and play catch with them. I managed to pick up a winter's worth of dead fall for a bon fire some day soon.

Less fun but still healthy for me, I cleaned our all of the litter boxes for my daughter in law 😆 who is putting us up for a while.

A large new study found that standing for more than two hours a day doesn’t protect against the cardiovascular risks of too much #sitting. The researchers found that substituting sitting with standing time delivered no worthwhile health benefits in the >83,000 adults monitored.
Just get up and move around every 30 minutes or so, suggest scientists.
