For the first time in training, while being the safety for another diver, I had to apply my rescue skills for a surface black-out after a long DNF dive.That makes me quite glad that we've been practising those skills over the years repeatedly, and I've had ample of opportunity to do so while teaching (rescues to) many freediving students.Practice helps. Es ist gut für die Muskulatur, besonders auch im Rücken, für Herz und Kreislauf. Es ist sehr effektiv zum Abnehmen. Durch den Schwimmstil, der dem sogenannten Delfin-Stil 🐬 ähnelt, und die große Flosse, die viel Wasser bewegen muss, werden besonders viele Muskeln beansprucht. Die Kraft kommt hauptsächlich aus dem Rücken bis herunter zum Gesäß. GuyIf people in Auckland want to get into freediving, our club is running an induction course again in October (spaces still available) and November. That's three sessions on Monday night at Tepid Baths in CBD and a 3 month membership to afterwards train and enhance. For depth, there's a separate lake induction (no extra cost within membership).
