Woke up from a #FeverDream about being back at #school and forgetting my #PEkit to #SajidJavid interviewing #GeoffreyHinton about the #ExistentialThreat of #AI FFS

I'm not sure what is more distressing...

The waiting waiting to learn if I'd be allowed home to get my kit (the hour's cycle constituting my physical exercise)

Or Javid's swooning extraction of opinion-blurts that too often replaces critical analysis of #technology

And I reckon Javid is a #ClimateDenier. You can't have held all those #Government positions and not know what a dire state the biophysical systems are in. His gushing over AI can only be part of the distraction #circus.

Today's stupid font idea was revealed to me in a dream last night and I had to draw in it @glyphsapp as soon as I woke up. Thanks feverish flu nights!

While playing tunes during work, I noticed none of the album covers are loading in #ListenBrainz. It states "We could not load the album artwork" for every entry.

Is that just me, or is something wrong with the website right now?

Tested negative and also learned what a #FeverDream feels like

I usually don't post about my dreams, but last night's was a doozy (and I kept going back into the same dream). Highlights: The usual dystopian dreamscape (abandoned industrial buildings where people are living), and helping people escape the government. Unfortunately, I got "caught," and had a #microchip (like the ones for dogs and cats) injected into my buttocks (?!!). I knew I could be tracked, so I came up with tin "underwear" (tinfoil?), which seemed to dampen the device (like RFID wallets), and I was able to get people safely to where they needed to be. Oh, and I was doing laundry (washing bedding for other people). I guess all the laundry talk seeped into my subconscious. I actually woke quite refreshed, since I was able to thwart the gubmint! #FeverDream #Dystopian #Dreams #Adventures
