@itsfoss #kdeplasma #wayland on #endeavouros, coming from #budgiedesktop. Bugs are _really_ minor. Signal crashes sometimes when opening the screencast portal and I got the top left corner of my screen unusable once after a Windows game crashing under Wine. Beside that, everything is flawless. Most of I do in Qt Creator, Floorp, Signal, Alacritty, virtmanager/boxes, FL Studio and Wine/Proton. I was an user of Wayland before but went back to X to use #budgiedesktop.

Well, last night I ran #Ollama on #endeavouros running on my #framewor16 and it worked better than expected. Very fast responses. I'm hoping to use it with #playwrightMCP to effectively fuzz my web changes in the background while I work. Just need to speed up the cycles between developing and QA at work.

Anyone with experience here, id love some advice on hooking up the mcp server. My first few attempts were met with vexing issues.

In limbo a bit with my Linux plans. Turns out I've cough misplaced all of my useful USB drives. #SomewhereSafe. The only one I can find is 2Gb and I need 8Gb for CachyOS's Live USB. I've got a new one coming today with the new backup SSD. Sadly, it's not shaped like a penguin. I did look.

Funnily enough, the 2Gb USB has a Live Install of Antergos Linux on it. That was my previous (failed) attempt to move to Linux back in...I want to say 2016-18-ish? But in that case the team making Antergos broke up and the project died, which was an awful loss because it was one of the most advanced and user-friendly distros of the era. I used the abandoned corpse for a while longer but when that broke my heart broke with it and I slunk dejectedly back to Windows. A community-run project arose from the ashes and became EndeavourOS, which you may have heard of. When choosing Garuda I did look at Endeavour but they take a minimalist, bare-bones approach (though still more than Arch itself) whereas Garuda had muscles, skin, hair, tattoos...

CachyOS happenings should kick off tonight around tea time [GMT](

kitty.socialGlowing Cat of the Nuclear Wastelands (@deathkitten@firetribe.org)@Uraael@kitty.social Speaking of live boot usbs, you're not cool enough to have a *penguin* usb drive, are you? (📎2) RE: @deathkitten@firetribe.org Thank you. :blobsmilehappyeyes: Hehe, sounds like you "forgot" maybe a little subconsciously there. I'm already doing research to give myself the best chance, but saving my data/cloning the drive then totally wiping it for a fresh start seems to be the simplest way forwards. Gonna give Cachy a trial run first, if I can LiveBoot it from a USB (assuming I can find my USBs...) RE: ...

Someone knows if there's a way to ensure a certain device mounts before another?

Situation: I have a partition inside a device that mounts on /home, and another on another device that (should) mounts on /home/warehouse, but normally it doesn't mount at boot time, although mounts normally after booted.
