Wuzzy<p>I just read sad news that a 10-year old boy pointlessly died of <a href="https://cyberplace.social/tags/diphtheria" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>diphtheria</span></a>. He was not vaccinated. Althrough vaccines were readily available. This is obviously the parent’s fault. 10-year olds have different problems.</p><p>Please check if your vaccinations and those who are close to you are up-to-date: If not, or if you don’t know: Go see a doctor NOW. Not much data from the US but the UK data are there for death before age 5, all causes. I could find nothing more specific.</p><p>My medical family started with Dr. Willam A. Rohlf who graduated in 1891 from the original med school in Iowa City. He wrote a book late in life about his experiences.
